Climate Change, and it's affect on Planet Earth

Climate change.

Climate change is a lot of different things. Some NASA scientists have been watching earth's temperature, and have noticed that it is warming, and most of the highest records have been in the past 20 years. There are a lot of ways to identify climate change. For example, the sea levels are rising, and putting some small flat islands under the ocean. It also means that glaciers, and ice in antarctica and the arctic are melting, which is making creatures in that area lose their home, which is another thing that climate change is doing. In the ocean, creatures are moving further south than they normally would, because it is getting to hot for them. And, while this may not seem that big of a change, it is causing flowers and trees to grow and bloom later than normal.

  1. An informative post on climate change, well done Noah. I wonder, what do you think we can do to slow down climate change? Can we do that?

  2. Hi Noah!
Thanks for your interesting post on climate change. Why did you pick this topic? It is definitely an important environmental issue for all of us to be aware of. I also wonder what you think we can do, as individuals, to help with climate change. It always seems like such a big issue out of our control! But I think there are ways to help.

  3. Thank you, Noah, for your informative post. I have been looking to make small changes in my habits to take better care of the earth, and my class has a lot of ideas too. I'm glad so many young people are interested in STEM skills, as I imagine you have a lot of ideas brewing that will help to solve some of the challenges. Thank you for getting us thinking on your blog. Happy blogging!
