100wc

I wheel myself slowly along the  road. My rider tries to control where I go, and so I allow him. We eventually end up where my rider wanted to go to, the local supermarket. When we arrive, my rider gets off me, and removes about 60kgs. He also takes my basket off me, and takes it into the shop. He returns with an extra 10kg of food. He steers me down the road, and i can feel myself becoming unbalanced again, and starting to wobble. My rider also senses this, and decides to ram me into a hay bale. oof.

  1. Hi Noah
What a very clever take on the prompt for this week's 100 word challenge! If I'm correct you've written it from the viewpoint of the bicycle although with your first sentence it could have gone either way. This is a very creative piece of writing and I really like how you had the bicycle describe what was happening to it with the varying loads which caused it to become unsteady and unbalanced. I'm wondering what was the rider up to? Maybe he was working a delivery job and using the bicycle to carry the various deliveries. Your writing really got me thinking. Well done.
